Eagle has a committed claims department headed up by Ross Evans B Laws, B Science. Ross began his insurance career managing Professional Indemnity claims over 12 years ago with AMP. He later held a claims management role working for DLA Phillips Fox acting on behalf of Australian and overseas insurers and most recently held a senior claims position with Vero Insurance.
In the unfortunate event that a claim is made against you, Eagle will gather all necessary information from you and represent you to the insurer, leaving you to stay focused in your core business. Professional Indemnity Insurance has unique legal and indemnity issues and our role is to be your advocate and provide reassurance and assistance with the claims process.
